Returns & Exchanges
Because many Cotidien garments are handmade or produced in small batches, we offer a limited return policy.
Exchanges
At this time, exchanges are limited and highly dependent on availability. Return shipping for approved exchanges will be covered by Cotidien.
Returns to Store Credit
You may request a return to store credit up to 14 days after delivery. Once the return has been approved and the item has been received and inspected, store credit will be issued.
Once this refund method has been selected and processed, it is considered final and cannot be reversed.
Returns to Original Payment Method
You may request a return to the original payment method up to 7 days after delivery. The flat fee of $10 for shipping and handling will be deducted from the refund.
After the return has been marked as delivered, please allow 10–12 business days for the return and refund to be processed.
Final Sale Items
All sale items, custom items, and international orders are final sale and are not eligible for exchange, return, or store credit.
Return Authorization
All returns must be submitted and approved prior to sending the item back. We are not responsible for unauthorized returns sent outside of the return label we provide.
All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with original tags attached. We reserve the right to deny a return that falls outside of these guidelines.
All returns or exchanges must be shipped within 6 days of receiving the return label.

Once your return has arrived at our facility, please allow 7–10 business days for processing.
Cotidien is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We cannot reroute any packages once they have been shipped. Please submit a safe address and communicate with your carrier regarding deliveries. Once the package shows as delivered, we are unable to obtain additional information from the carrier or process claims.
